Qeynos Cutlass -- Procs not showing in logs or buff bars

<p>I -just- finally claimed the Qeynos reward and chose the Cutlass for the AOE immunity proc and the nifty 10% combat art dmg reduction.</p><p>I've been testing it out the whole day in both my Primary and Secondary slot.  I've manually looked through the logs and I'm not seeing the Vengeance of Marr and Awareness of Marr procs.  I've also checked both my buff bars to see if there's an icon that shows up when the procs go off.  I'm fully aware that not all procs have an icon but most do when the proc has a duration vs a DD, but I'm not seeing anything at all.</p><p>Is anyone else aware if this is an existing issue?</p>

Nor are the procs from the Qeynos Kijij.  The 10% less to spell damage debuff only shows up in the icon below the target, not in the maintained buff window as it used to.

<p>Okay, I finally found the tiny little icon under the mob for Vengeance of Marr.  What about Awareness of Marr?  Do you see any icons pop up anywhere when it does go off or is it more an exercise of faith that you believe it probably went off when an AOE misses you?</p><p>It'll be nice to have some consistency in this to have it, at least, show up in the logs.</p>

I used to see the 10% spell damage debuff in the spell window for the ProfitUI interface showing the spell and the amount of time before the proc wore off the target while using the Qeynoss Kiijij.  Now, it doesn't show up there anymore.  I know in the past things like this have happened and its been corrected.  I wonder if they could fix this one to as its nice to see the icon letting me know to switch off to another weapon until I need the debuff again.
