What does Wisdom do?

What class are you?  For healers, it builds up power.  The attributes do different things for different classes.  If you look at the tooltip for each one, it will tell you the effects.

Not sure about the Monk.  Probably just for resists.  If you put the mouse pointer on it, the tooltip will tell you exactly what it does.

It depends on your class, but if you hover your mouse over your wisdom (or any other attribute) in the Persona window, the tooltip will tell you exactly what it does for that character.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I dont think the mouse over works any more. I remember when it got put into the game and enjoyed it but last I checked it was gone.

Just in case you didn't get it the first few times. It increases resist as well as power pool for specific classes.  <img src="/smilies/e8a506dc4ad763aca51bec4ca7dc8560.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Works here too.  Just hit "P" hover your mouse over the attribute.

To be more precise, the stats that increase the size of the power pool are... for all Priests: Wisdom for all Mages: Intelligence for Guardians: Strength for Berserkers: Strength for Monks: Strength for Bruisers: Strength for Paladins: Strength and Wisdom for Shadowknights: Strength and Intelligence for Rangers: Agility and Strength for Assassins: Agility and Strength for Swashbucklers: Agility and Strength for Brigands: Agility and Strength for Troubadours: Agility and Intelligence for Dirges: Agility and Intelligence

Regarding mouseover, I believe the pointer needs to be over the actual number, rather than the word 'wisdom' or what not.
