Can you change the height of items in your house?

<p>In particular the starting ceiling light you get given.  I want to make it much lower but I can't seem to make it do what I want.</p><p> Also is there a way to move items around the house using text commands like /move light X,Y,Z or something similar?</p>

Unfortunately, the items are the size that they are, no changing it.  As far as the moving items with commands, I'd suppose it's possible, but I have  never heard of this.

There's no text commands that I know of. You can use the number pad's -/+ keys to rotate things if your mouse wheel doesn't do it.

<p>A long time ago.... couple years you could change the up/down location of items by "putting" them on shelves or hanging them from something that would accept them.  For instance, the pet cage hangs from the ceiling (or used to... ).  YOu could then hang something else from it, remove the pet cage and viola!  the something else, is hanging lower.</p><p> You could place books or vases on a shelf that accepts that, remove that shelf and put up one that you cannot place things on and it looks like the item is placed on it.</p><p> Did I confuse you yet?  Just got to be creative with house furnishings and placements.  Good luck with your house</p><p>Phayd, lvl 48 Wizzy Deluxe (retired)</p><p>Unrest server</p>
