Because of time restrictions, I solo my templar a lot, so have mostly DPS AAs. Which Diety choice will best boost my HEALING for when I group?

I chose Marr but Tunare might be better for healing, plus the Tunare cloak boosts heal spells.

/Second that. Another advantage to Tunare is the whole quest is soloable (assuming level 70 and draconic language). Oh, and you can sell the Tunarian Wolfsbane for 10plat to your local raid guild ....

If you are a goody Tunare is an easy choice.

Shameless plug

Group AE heal for 10% of max health every 6 seconds for one minute

All healing spells get 50% more healing power for one minute

All healing spells get 15% more healing power for one minute

Choice is clear in my mind. And yes while the quest is soloable I think a large part of that is because the quest requires Speak like a Dragon which starts with an epic X2 mob and requires some running around.

Gah! This forum software sucks, edit not working, but I did have the 3rd blessing Radar listed highlighted in yellow, it's +15% to heal spells for 10 minutes.

I chose Marr. I give my MT +500 health as a blessing, and when the fight goes really badly, I drop Sacrifice of Marr on him (I sacrifice half of my health to give him 3/4 of his total health back ...and he avoids the next 5 attacks). In addition, the Marr cloak is fantastic for soloing.

Honestly, I can gain the healing effects from the Tunare cloak through other gear or adornments. There's not a lot of gear out there with the Marr cloak abilities.

I went Marrr originally, and the cloack is nice. I did have some issues with the Sacrifice of Marr spell, as the only time's it looked like it would be good, AoE's and MY health were an issue. Minor point, but you can change diety's and keep the cloak - I did, but that wasn't so much that Tunare is any better a fit for a Templar (and the Marr cloak even looks nicer ) but to get the silly Tunarian Wolfsbane for raiding. The miracles and blessings are only once per hour, so it really comes down to flavour - no real 'right' choice. The Cloak of Flames, or the Melee one from Unrest, are other alternatives you might want to look at
