<p>well, we have griffin rides in old world zones, and pony express in LFay.</p><p>what we like to see other rides in concepts?</p><p>If the Halas reopen by the tunnel from Everfrost's mammoth/polar bears area, Halasian's own stylized rides, Dog sleds, takes you to 2-3 outposts or takes scenic route to main town.</p><p>it is matter of time when those dark elves finish clearing the collapsed hallway network to Neriak the Underground city, the famous express ride would be giant spiders, climbing up or down in seemly "death defying" rides enough to get you pretty dizzy <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Kurnak, hmmm, it has to be large lizards as we seen those "classic" flash gordon cliff-hangers, or newly designed "raptors express" if you successfully complete a quest favor for thier breeding program via TS and Nek versions.</p><p>at last!, Odus, we get feline mounts to explore rediscovered lost land of Erudites and Kerrans.</p><p>Hmm, too bad, we never get to see dragon rides in eq2, unless if they reopen Velious.</p>

In Zek, inside the fort, there is a gnome with a catapult that shots you all the way up to the citadel. There is a quest that you might have to do before you can use it,  I'm not sure about that. Oh, thnaks for that picture. now I'm going to sit here all evening humming that stupid monorail song. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Desert of Flames should have used camels. Riding camels is one of the most insanely unpleasant but also cool things a person can do clothed.

I wish they would come out with a mount such as a dragon or a pegasus so we could fly anywhere and not just on a direct path. Only trouble with that would be the rendering of the graphics as well as the cross pathing between players. It would be interesting to have it on PVP servers. People jousting in mid-air. What a great concept.
