Sprite in Loping Plains

There is a sprite model floating in the air on the bridge in Loping Plains. It has the leveling graphic and the AA ding graphic around it. Anyone know what this is?

I think it's related to the Cazic THule diety quest line. I went with a friend as he did his quests and he spoke to something there that looked like what you described.

It does appear to be this step: <li>Use the scroll while standing on the bridge. A spirit will spawn above you, right click and "Place Amulet". John Dondrael's spirit will come out of the lake. </li>However its been there for 3 days now. and its still there.  Perhaps there is a problem with the despawning?
