What is your In-Combat Power Regen?

<p>I'm trying to figure out where I stand in in-combat power regen and see how I can improve.</p><p>When soloing I'm at 113, what is everyone else at?</p>

Is that your Hp regen or your power regen? 113 is the cap on in-combat power regen and you would not be able to get that solo without having an autofollowing bard or chanter. To calculate regen you get 1 point at the start of your characters life and 1 point per every 10 levels. At 70 without any buffs or character advancement choices you would have 8 points of incombat power regen. The cap on added regen after that 8 points is 105. Only half of that can be obtained from gear would be 105/2 = 52.5 rounded up to 53. Solo regen at 70 only from gear and no buffs would be 61. Add two +5 to regen from character traits and Spirit of the Bat(+9), your incombat Power regen while solo can only possibly be 80 points at the most. You might have  been confused between health regen and power regen. My Health regen without even trying is  115 incombat.
