As a lot of us know, this level 62 combat art has trouble sticking on many high level epic mobs. My question is what skill or stat can have an impact on whether or not MMM2 will stick on a mob so we can get it to do damage for us? It's Piercing damage, so would it just be Strength/Attack? Or something else like Intelligence?

Anyone know?

whats your problem with it? the spell itself is considered somewhat magic imo one some rare ocasions like fighting vilucidae it gets resisted which is no problem because you can just give it another try because the timer is not eaten up when the spell gets resisted

I think he stated the problem pretty clearly - it gets resisted a lot.

But it is magic-based, yes. You go up against something that's highly magic resistant, it will take a few tries before it sticks. Warding Ebb poison can help with this, however., or if you have groupmates that can also debuff magic.

Since it's a "spell" I think it uses a different skill to determine success. Maybe disruption. It's not something you can really buff. Fortunately it's easy to cast it a 2nd time.

in a typical raid (my experience) or even in a melee based group Mark pops off so fast that it sometimes looks like it didn't land have had no trouble getting it to stick on the high-end mobs I've seen (again my experience) if ya gotta try it a couple of times do it, worth it to me
