Simple betray question

<p><b><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: comic sans ms,sand">Yet another fae looking to betray to FP...my question (which I have searched but not found an answer to) is, what all do I need to clear out before I betray? </span></b><b><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: comic sans ms,sand">Bank, broker, house vault...anything else I may be missing? Which of these will carry over to my new city...and if I don't take everything with me, will I be able to sneak back into my old city to reclaim what I left there?</span></b></p><p><b><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: comic sans ms,sand">Thanx for the help everyone!</span></b></p>

Which of these will carry over to my new city...and if I don't take everything with me, will I be able to sneak back into my old city to reclaim what I left there?</span></b></p></blockquote><p><b>Bank</b> - you can leave anything you want to in here.  You'll be able to access it from the bank in Haven, though you won't be able to use the bankers in the other cities as they won't want to deal with you.  HOWEVER - you won't be able to access your SHARED bank once you betray, so take anything out of that you will want to use during the betrayal (other characters in the city you left will still be able to access stuff in the shared bank, so if you did forget something it's not the end of the world, they'll just have to mail it to you).</p><p><b>Broker</b> - there's a broker in Haven also that you'll be able to use.  However, when you relinquish your house, you'll be limited to only one broker sales slot until you buy a new house, and there's no housing in Haven.  So, anything you want to sell while you're in exile should go into your first broker slot.  Or, of course, just set another character up to sell instead while you're in exile - since you can only have one character per server selling at a time anyway.</p><p><b>House vault</b> - your house vault is really part of your bank and anything you leave in it will stay safe till you have a house again.  While you don't have a house you can't access your house vault, but the stuff in it won't be lost, and will reappear in your house vault as soon as you have a new house.</p><p><b>House</b> - you should empty out your house and relinquish it.  Stick your house items into your bank or house vault for when you buy a new house.  While you CAN maintain your house in your old city, it won't be at all convenient to visit, so you'll most likely want to buy one when you arrive in Freeport.  (I find Big Bend has the most convenient layout of the newbie zones, with the inn, bank, and crafting instance all close together.)</p><p>Yes, if you forget to relinquish your hosue before you leave you can sneak back in to empty it out and relinquish it later, so it's not a huge deal, just extra work.</p><p>Hope that helps!</p>
