How do you get your qeynos citizenship back? I can not buy a horse from Qeynos stables on my woodelf because of this. However, he does live in SQ and his bindpoint is QH. Qeynos faction is at kindly.

P.S. Already deleted betrayal quest hoping that would work.

What step of the betrayal were you on? If you are still bound in Qeynos, and Kindly...then you didnt betray. The last step (destroying the shield) has a popup box with a name confirmation stating that if you take the quest, you will not be liked in Qeynos. Its been a while, but I believe the Call of Qeynos was taken at that step... In other words, I dont think you betrayed at all. There might be a guild level required for the horse you want or some other problem going on.

Another good sign is if you target yourself (F1) and got the title "the Exiled", then you have betrayed. If you don't have that title, you shouldn't have any problem due to that quest. You cannot turn this title off, unless you sign up with a city again.

Another tip is check your faction towards your city. If you have betrayed it will be -50000 or something.

You have to finish the betrayal quest until you get all your spells reset to App 1, if you don't do that step your not a real citizen of the city.

Not just guild level, but guild ranking as well is required to buy a horse, or any other status items.

If you come from Q, and your still have Call of Q, then you did not completely exile. Check your faction, if your still ok with Q, then it shouldn't be a betrayal problem to buy a horse.

Steps basicly go. 1. Quests to "Prove your Loyaltily" 2. Final Quests sends you to excile, Call of Q goes to Call of Haven, and Hated in both cities 3. Faction quests to gain favor to which city you want, and yes you can go back to your own city (but your not exile, so your not here) 4. Quests for the City 5. Final Quest to convert your Call of Haven to your Call of "Favored City" and converts your class and spells.
