problems with account key and digital download

I downloaded EQ II through the digital download off the website, but i never got an account key so i cant set up my account.. what did i miss where can i find it? ive been trying for a few hours now

I just got into my email, it was all messed up and had to be reset  but the inbox is completely emptied so i never got the Email. gotta call em i guess?

If you bought it from SOE, you don't get a key. Just install the patcher (found here: <a href='http://everquest2.station.sony.com/en/install/' target='_blank' rel="nofollow">http://everquest2.station.sony.com/en/install/</a>) and login using the same account you made the purchase on.

<p>With the digital download, you wouldn't have needed an account key. Part of that process is linking the download to your account. Have you tried just logging in?</p><p>On your account page you can check to see if the subscription is active or not.</p><p>Also, if this isn't for a trial account, you do have to set up the subscription through SoE for an EQ2 account.</p>
