When exactly does the free character transfer week start?

Forgive me if it's painfully obvious somewhere, but I never saw an exact date in the original post...

there is no time line posted as of yet. gallenite said he would try to get the schedule out soon and then we would know. the pvp server transfers will be happening first, then a week later the pve servers will have a chance to transfer.

Yeah, that would be bad. People could get to 70 and get uber gear fairly easily and then transfer, no one would ever want to level on PvP servers, and PvP would pretty much become endgame only.
