euro servers and US players

<p>Am I restricted from rolling characters on the euro servers because of my location? I live in the US but would like to be able to create my characters on one of the euro servers in hopes for finding more active players during my odd play hours. Anyways I can't seem to find the servers on my list am I missing something...is there an option some where that needs to be checked on or whats up?</p>

When you are pulling up the EULA, there is an option at the top to switch between regions. You should change that before hitting I Accept.
