Atm, i have the + mitigation for my wrist adornments. But, i have seen that they changed the +block adornment to a %parry adornment. On the zerker board, they are saying that it is uncontested parry and that it really seems to be helping (more than the old +block adornment did). Was wondering if anyone has tried them out and how much they help. Would it now be better than the mitigation adornment for wrist slots? also, do they stack with anything to further increase uncontested avoidance? (ie, off the top of my head, it seems like there is a riposte adornment for one of the duel weild weapon types and i think something similar in the str KOS AA line).

Thanks,

Sheer - Crushborn

The +67 mitigation adds up 0.6% mitigation if your total mitigation is below 4000. So you can get 1.2% mitigation on both wrist. Now, if the 2% parry is uncontested, you can get 2 for it and it adds up for 4% or 3.96% uncontested avoidance since i don't know it's calculated at same time or one by one. Also, in master defensive stance, you have 16% uncontested deflection. Roughly, you will get 20% uncontested avoidance. I would say, for most heroic encounter, 2% parry is better if it is uncontested. However, in raid or very hard heroic encounters, mitigation adornment is better since we get less chances of spike damages. All mitigation are uncontested. You got hit and higher mitigations absorb more damage.
