Fae for Qeynos Citizenship

<p>I hope this hasn't been asked a billion times before, but does anyone know how to make my citizenship for my fae with Qeynos rather than Kelethin?  Does someone have a link or know where I can find information about this possible quest?  I have not yet made my citizenship permanent with Kelethin.</p><p>*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*</p><p>Morrigan, Fury of the 48th Circle</p><p>Befallen Server</p>

All you gotta do is head to south qeynos and speak with a guy outside the mage tower. Go pick up some trash on the highways in antonica, then speak with some NPCs' around the city. That's it.
