I am trying to move an old char i don't play anymore to a server and im unable to cuz the transfer service says i have Mail in my Mailbox.... so i goto the chat support and ask them on how to get the mail out and they say i have ghost mail and i have to do a /petition and then goto in-game support... i go there and it fill the stuff out and then it says i will get an email when they are able to help me. But i have done this before on the same char about a missing item and that was over 1 month ago and still have not gotten a email back. Is any1 else having this problem?
