Please fix my heal!!!!

Logged on today, have adept 3 bruiser heal, maxed out the aa for the heal.  My heal was at around 50.3% heal, it is now showing it at 37% for max heal.  Please please please fix.   We got nerfed in our agi/avoidance, now we take a bug to our heal...this does not sit well with the pvp bruiser community.

yep, basically our aa isn't effecting the heal.. its a bug :/

according to a dev this is being fixed tomorrow. Just see under pvp section my latest post, and a dev responded to that one.
