No, you can buy a horse/carpet(quest), but that will only work in overland zones. SoW totems have 5 30 minute charges and can be cheap if you watch the market.

Specifically you want to search on the broker for "Spirit Totem of the Wolf". Note that they do have a level restriction - I can't recall what it is right now but I *think* it's around level 20? And, of course, you can always make a woodworker so you can make your own Wolf totems and then you kinda will have "unlimited charges". <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> You can also kill wolves - occasionally they will drop a "XXX Blood of the Wolf" potion. Depending upon the level of the wolf you're fighting, you may get Weak Blood of the Wolf, Strong Blood of the Wolf, etc. As the level of the potion gets higher, so does the run speed increase.

<p>the level restriction for Spirit totem of the wolf is 15. </p><p> Jboots are only 10% runspeed boost and have a high lvl requirement, unless your talking about the /claim ones which you can only do on one character if you even have the option.</p>

<p>It's not a permanent solution, but you can do the droag scale collection, and the reward is a stack of 10 drinks that last 5 hours, and not only boost your mana regen, but boost your run speed by 40%. They make those runs down to Nagafen suck so much less.</p>

Find a warden with their SOW AA maxed out and they can cast SOW that increases speed by 45% for 45 minutes. <img src="/smilies/e8a506dc4ad763aca51bec4ca7dc8560.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
