If I buff myself with a stamina or hit-point buff then remove the buff my hit-points stay as if I never removed the buff. However, if I inspect myself the number is correct. Anyone else have this issue? I am using a custom UI but would like to know if it is happening to people with the standard UI. I hate changes that seem to serve no purpose and have no mention in the update notes. If they do serve a purpose I would love to know what it is because having to redo all of my UI every update is a pain. At least they used to inform us of which UI windows were updated. My guess is it has to do with this update Memory usage in the UI is now more constrained, which means less memory usage with longer play times.
You know what would be cool? If we could buff ourselves like you say, turn off the spell and keep buffing. My conjuror will be soloing Taranix in no time.
I'm seeing the same issue and I'm using the default UI. It's not only buffs, either. Equipment is doing it too. Switching equipment around, and switching back to the original gear you were wearing, I'm able to display almost 300 more health than I actually have with no gear change. I can then remove gear completely, and my health does not go down. Zoning or casting certain buffs seems to update the display.

Hopefully a follow up patch will solve it then. I'm not crazy, really. Here is a link to another person seeing the same issue.

Having this issue too. Noticed it when swaping around some new equipment to see which would be better. I was amazed that nothing changed. It was very confusing.

I am using profit UI - and was having the same problem last night. I needed to get my HP high for a specific fight and was switching out gear but the number wouldn't move. It was very strange. It would adjust when zoning - but when you are trying to figure out an optimal equipment set-up, you can't be expected to zone with each piece you swap out.

Im having the same issue. I got a new necklace which definitely has more power than the one I had before and I swap them both and the max numbers do not change.
