Anyone know how to spawn him after the arena fight with the other named?

After you have killed all the named in the zone and killed the Champion in the Arena you are told that he is going to his throne. This is the throne on top of the zone where he used to sit initially before the zone revamp.

There are nameds in the zone that are tougher than the champion and Fyst put together (IMO).  You'll have a blast doing this zone and the chests at the end are just that great payoff.  <img src="/smilies/e8a506dc4ad763aca51bec4ca7dc8560.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
