Crashing isses after #33 update

<p>OK, what was supposed to be a one hour "BRIEF" update, the servers went down for several hours. GUESS WHAT. not working. I am unable to log in with ANY toons. I have tried to be paitent over the last 2 years. I know that there are problems that arise when patching goes live (I thought thats what TEST servers were for). My patience is wearing thin. If the game is not fixed, I dont understand why the servers are brought back up. I have attempted to contact a GM or someone of that caliber to explain what the deal is. I feel that if I had more knowlege of what exactly happens when servers are reset-updated-patched and what not, I may not get so irate and frustrated. Just on my end it looks like lack of caring/expertize. </p><p>I started this post to be an angry rant about screw this and SOE that, but I felt that would be counter-productive. Im just looking for answers.</p>
