Clawed Balissk Boots Vs Shadow Strider

Anyone have any definitive information that would say overall which one parses better. I'm leaning towards clawed but i'm just not sure. Any info would help.

Id go with Basilisk. Dps can be buffed, the proc is unique. Also if ur on a raid and got some dps-buffs in group 6dps will make less of a difference as higher as u get.

well depends on which group you are imho if you in a group with high dps mod (100+) go basilisk. if you in a group without dps mod go with strider. but remember dps will add to every auto-attack while basilisk is a 6% CA proc. type a /weapon then switch out and /weapon again to see how the 6 dps mod affects your actual damage you'll be surprized

Keep an eye out for Basilisk thou still. If u got access to striders u got access to the buckler of the howler. Getting that will bring u up to 68 dps on your own realy quick and as Ricky said.... after ~100 (which u should always have in raids after that) the more-dps isnt worth it.

Its whatever you can get your hands on.. If the clawed boots drop - im dumping all my dkp into them.. I already have the shadow strider boots.. Personally, I think that the clawed boots would give more dps.. But its all in the group makeup, and users build and such.. I dont know if its a normalized proc, a straight proc %age - even though its listed as 6%.. So for me right now, its hard to say one way or the other.
