<p>I hope this is fixed in this mornings patch....  I don't know if it's game wide, or just on lucan server, but I was unable to get my dragon runes for my fury from the obelisk today.  The EL and feerot entrances would not work although two different people with access tried.</p><p> Hopped over to CL and killed the shadowmen, no mist appeared. Seems like the zone was just gone.  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Kaz</p>

uh... I wrote the word m-i-s-t and it appeared as an obscenity filter in german no less... woo!

They are dragon runes you have to collect to learn the draconic language. Quest is titled "Speak as a Dragon" which you get from Nagafen in Sol's Eye. Only after you have done the x2 raid in Maidens Gulch. I believe there is a minimum level to begin the quest, but am unsure of the exact number. You need this language if you want to complete the Claymore quest series or the Deathtoll access quest.
