I am strongly concidering Exiling my Wiz to become a Warlock.  My only question is, what will my aa points do?  I loved some of the EoF Wiz line, but I hate the EoF warlock line.  Will I still be forced to place them into this tree?  Even though, now I am a completly different class?  Or will all my aa be in like one large pool for me to place wherever?

Unfortunately your points do not get put back into one big pool to be used for either tree.  Points are restricted to the tree you spent them in even after betrayal.  I betrayed a little while ago, I even sent in a petition on it and they told me they won't "unrestrict" the points already spent in a tree. <img src="/smilies/136dd33cba83140c7ce38db096d05aed.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
