the /load command

I thought to load another characters UI settings it was /load ui [char name] but that is not working.

You can see all possible commands by alpha just by using the Tab feature: /chann (Tab) = automatically fills in /channellist Doing just / then a letter or two will give all possible commands for that first letter.
