I just got fraps the other day, paid version. I installed and started it use it and noticed that all of hte files i make are in very low resolution. 800 x 500 an example while running EQ2 in 1600 x 1050. I messed around with a few things and got some in 832 x 508 which is a resolution I have never seen before. There is no option inside of fraps that will allow me to tell it to capture as so and so resolution. I made sure that my EQ2 resolution was set properly cause I play in Windowed mode. I switched to fullscreen to do this just so I was able to change the option but returned to my previous state of wicdowed mode. It did maintain the setting as 1600 x 1050. Is there anything I am missing that will allow me to capture at a higher resolution or is that not possible with fraps? If it is not possible with fraps, is there a different program that is fairly easy to use that will allow me to do what I want. I want to be able to capture EQ2 while I am playing during raids to make some fun videos of our guild tearing [Removed for Content] down. This has always been a interest of mine but never looked into how to do or what is required. Any advice, tips, comments of use will be greatly appreciated. If you need to know anything in specific about my PC, Software, drivers, etc just ask and I will get your what you need to know to help me solve my situation. Thanks, Backin

Nevermind, the answer was on fraps' website but I overlooked it. If you only have a single core processor which I do, it will only allow me to run at 1152 x 864 but with a dual core processor you can run up to 2560 x 1600. I hate it when I find my own answers especially when I overlook them. However, since I only have a single core processor and want to run at my current resolution of 1680 x 1050, what video capturing program could I use?
