Low level non pvpers

I think that if you are Qeynos and you go to Freeport newbie areas and are under level 10 you should get carnage flagged., and if your Freeport and go to Qeynos newbie zones you become flagged also. If you enter enemy territory you should be fair game. What do you all think?

<p>Ok for example say a group of Freeport players all level 9 go to the caves. Now this group starts killing the quest mobs over and over and the other named about so that Qeynos players cant finish their quests and or kill the named. There would be no way to stop this group they would be immune to any attack from the opposing team.</p><p>This of course could work the same way with Qeynos going to Freeport.</p>

Level 1-9.. 1 -2 hours of game play. Development of stated changes... programming time, publish updates, and development resources. You do the math.

Personally, more power to them. /shrugs  I've had people on PvE servers do darn near the exact same thing to me. And not just at T1 levels.  I've had it happen T2 and higher.  /shrug If you're not going to flag higher levels, why flag the lowest levels?  Personally, I had a Freep that would hang out in the Peat bog and farm nameds and fairies.  Why? Butterflies and fairy parts. Well... That and I'd annoy the Q's doing that. Oh, I guess that would annoy you too? Hmm....guess your bs tolerance levels are pretty low.
