Hi, I'm kinda new considering my highest char is only 16. I've read as many posts about servers as I've found, but none have really pointed me in the direction I want to be in, which is:

Which server is the most active of the Normal Servers?

I was on Mistmoore but wanted to make a char and the name I wanted was already taken. So any Normal Server besides Mistmoore would be good. Thanks so much for the help.

Id say the best normal server, with a good bit of people would most likely be Nektulos, and if you are a roleplaying type, Antonia Bayle or sumthin like that, if pvp Nagefen.

Thanks for the reply. Anyone else got an opinion? Is Nektulos the most active Normal Server?

I know that Antonia Bayle is definitely active, but I'm not a real serious roleplayer. Do they have regular guilds there that raid? I'm just trying to consider my end game options once I'm a higher level. I appreciate any help.

Najena seems pretty busy too, especially if you play later hours - the Australians hang out there, so there's steady population pretty much 24/7, good choice if you're a night owl.

Mistmoore is usually on top too. Depends on the type of day tho.

For an East Coast player, Everfrost seems to be pretty good. Seems to be a mostly US server. Pop jumps about 5pm eastern and rolls on pretty strong until kinda late for the West coasters. It does drop off to very few after about 2-3 am eastern until 2-3 ish in the afternoon eastern.

Kithicor seems to be quite active, to me at least. I never have any trouble finding a group when I decide to go looking for one. From about level 15 on grouping is active. I regularly see groups headed to the Wailing Caves, Fallen Gate and Stormhold. Ruins of Varsoon and Runnyeye are always active places as well. To me seeing 15 level appropriate people in the overland newbie zones is fairly active considering there's been no special incentive to start a new alt recently. My alt warlock got in a Fallen Gate group last week to try to get one level to 22 so he could wear his tier3 mastercrafted gear I had given him. Two hours and four levels later he was out of vitality and I had to go bed (work was looming large in the morning). The group retooled and went back in. The next day the leader of the group was four levels higher than when I logged out. They must've grouped well over into the morning (it was 2am central time when I went to bed). There really are newbies out there, and they really don't know their way around. A few days ago I saw someone in Brell's Tavern asking where Nektulos was. They had started after EoF came out and had never left Faydwer before.

If you are looking for the most active Standard Rule Set Server, at your playtime. Log-in, create a caractor, when you get to the server select screen, choose a server as close to the bottom as possable.

As far as Antonia Bayle is conserned it is only RP prefured not inforced, and there is a large population of non-RPers, atleast it used to be the case.

I don't and I have been on it for almost 2 years. They have guilds that do not rp and regular guilds that raid.

FeniceDragon wrote:
Normal meaning Non-PvP, non RP.
I thought it was the other way around.. PvP and RP servers were normal in a fantasy game.. the rest were just weird. j/k!! XD

Thanks for the help Didi. I saw a lot of US East Coast based guilds, so I'm hoping I'll get into one. Oh, and name is Divino, always up for friendly PMs.

Spyderbite, I shoulda seen that coming lol. I play/played quite a few PvP MMOs and loved them, but its too hard to start fresh on Nagafen, I've tried a few times .
