Odd request-graphic/picture design. good at photoshop?

Im looking for someone who's really kin to photoshop. I love dragons and im looking for a really nice polished picture (tattoo-like) of a dragon. I want it to be fairly large, most of an average webpage, but only covering ONE side of the page. D (content content) R (website stuff) A (link, yadda yadda) G (content content) O (content content) N (content content) With a nice photoshop effect, so it kind of jumps out, looks polished/shiny if you will. Kind of like this.. <a href="http://www.reddragontattoos.co.uk/reddragon_images/reddragon_graphics/reddragonlogo.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.reddragontattoos.co.uk/r...ddragonlogo.jpg</a> <a href="http://www.tattoo-designs.dk/images-css/Tribal_Dragon.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.tattoo-designs.dk/images...ibal_Dragon.jpg</a> I couldn't find a better MORE 3-D dragon that's embellished, so if no one can find one, something 2D like those will work. so the end result should be a wallpaper, with the dragon aligned left, with just a base color of (whatever looks best) for the rest of the page. if one of you can nail this id be ETERNALLY in debt with you, heh

<p>How about someone who's really good at Paint Shop Pro?  :p</p><p>I've got mine warmed up, and I have several tribal and dragon fonts...I'll see what I can whip up for you.</p><p>How did you want the D R A G O N stuff done?  Part of the image, or along the side, or below, or...?  Do you want it on there at all?  (I'm a little confused as to what you're actually asking for, in regard to that bit.  Can you tell?  LOL)  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Oh, not necessarily.. but also yes. (can i get any more confusing? <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> As a wallpaper, so text may occur on it, but not on the picture/wallpaper itself.
