<p>Id like some feedback on which adornments would be better please =)</p><p>Scintillating Occult Clasp --Spell damage inc by up to 25</p><p>or</p><p>Scintillating Arcane Clasp --23 Heat damage every 5s for 20s; procs 1x/min</p><p>These are both for neck fyi.</p>

the occult clasp.     by a longshot.   even though +25 damage rounds out to about 10   lets err to the low side, and say you only cast 20 spells a minute.   thats still 200 dmg  the weak  proc on the neck slot wont even net you 100 extra dmg per minute

plus if you solo much the dot will just increase the chance that your root breaks
