Does Enhance:Haruspex EOF AA ability affect Sibyllant?

It effects the entire line. So it works on all.

As you level, the name changes to the most recent version. It technically affects all versions of that spell, lower and higher than the one it talks about. The description says "and all upgrades", but it does include all lower level versions.
