I'm definitely not the first guy to [Removed for Content] when we  have a have an issue with EQ but I'm all about sharing (good and bad). This time I just wanted to say thanx to the GMs on Lucan DLere for helping us out. Without posting details they did good by us when we needed it. Bad news travels 10 times as fast as good but I just wanted to make sure that they got credit for a good deed done. Woot

Indeed, it's great when things work out in respect to customer service. In the past I've had to contact CS for assistance and have always received a prompt reply and assistance from GM's as necessary.
