Character Transfer from PVE to PVP

Just a quick question. I was reading that I can transfer a character from a non station exchange to a exchange server. My question is, could I also transfer from a pve (Mistmoore) to pvp (Vox) station still being a free one time transfer? When I try to do this I do not see Vox as one of the transfer to servers. Thanks all for your help.

You can't transfer from PvE to PvP. Mostly because it would allow people to level up in a safe environment and then transfer when they hit 70.
