In game mail and chat channel issues

<p>For 3 days now I am unable to send any ingame mail from any of my toons to anyone. I am able to open the mail window, then fill up normaly all what its needs to, but when I hit SEND, mail will stay there and won tgo nowhere ever.</p><p>All buttons will be greyed out so cant even cancel only by colsing mail window. That will cancel the mai an dreturn the item/money if was any so, but mail wont send.</p><p> Also, when I log my toons they usualy trying to join each other channel or just random channels from common ones, or just join ALL like all lvl channels, crafters, class and so.</p><p>My necro usualy joins all level channels+guardian channel. My guardian is joining all level channels plus our guild healer channel, my templar joins all lebe channels plus sometimes all Freeport channels! (I dotn have to mention that I never joined nor tried to join any of these if I wasnt  on the correct toon? They just seems to be randomly picked up.)</p><p>I did try everything so far, used default UI, deleted my UIs, redownloaded them, deleted character UIs, did a full file scan, tried to use custom UI, all was the same.</p><p>After a forum search I found only a 13th March 2007 note from a SOE employee saying: <i><b>" According to the internal notes going around, the issue is being looked into (yes, the above two things are very related) and will hopefully be resolved soon.".</b></i></p><p>(See topic here: <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=352417" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=352417</a> , people were compalining about friends list and mail as well)</p><p>Now I am wondering if anyone having any similiar or the same problem, not being able to send mails and joining channels randomly and messed up? <p>I've been having Chat-Channel issues for the past week or so,...when I log in all the chatchannels i monitor (60-69, 70, Swashy, Crafting) are all showing up on my Main Chat tab as well as the tabs I have set up for them.  When I un-checkmark the those channels in the Main Chat tab they disappear from the designated tabs as well.  So then I checkmark each channel in the appropriate tab, and they all appear in the Main Chat tab again (and yes, i am going to each individual tab and checking the boxes...not doing it from the Main Chat tab).  So I go back to the main chat tab and uncheckmark the channels again, and this time they are removed from my Main Chat and remain under the correct tabs.  Don't know what the cause is, I too read the previous forum posts and saw that this was being looked into and supposedly fixed...(and no, I haven't /bug it, because the last 3/4 issues I have /bug'd, I haven't had any response.</p>

I am having the same issues currently. (Cant send mail, button turns grey when I hit it.) Did as SOE support said and deleted the UI file for the toon to no avail. Any further help on this?

I'm having the same issue on Oasis. Not only did I delete the UI file, but I also deleted the entire UI folder and ALL the .ini files in the Everquest2 directory. I then re-ran the patcher with the "complete file scan" option checked. After it was done patching I still couldn't send mail. * I did not re-install any custom UI pieces after I deleted the UI directory and re-patched. I'm having the same issue with the default UI.

I've been experiencing these same problems ever since GUnk 37 hit. With the added bonus of incredible delays before the zoning process even begins.
