Deity faction and broker question

<p>Is there anyway you can raise your Deity faction without making offerings at that alter once your 70 and did all the quests?  Is there a repeatable quests like city writs you can do?  </p><p>Did they get rid of the black market broker?  Every time I go look at the black market broker its actually the same as the regular broker? </p>

You see all the markets from all the brokers now, you still get a price hike on stuff from other cities though.
