New vaults hat?

<p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=347390" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=347390</a></p><p> Saw this on the mystic forums.  I didn't know there was a new hat (I have my spiritist hat).  What I want to know is?  How often does it really proc?  And does this replace the spiritist hat?  I hear this drops in vaults now, and have been hearing that the spiritist hat hasn't been dropping much if at all lately.  If it does replace the hat are they going to retroactively change the one I have (god I hope not)?  </p><p> Basically ... I want to know what in the name of Krom is going on here?  Hehehe.</p>

<p>it's a new, separate hat.  both are still dropping in vaults.</p><p>i would never replace my tribal spiritist hate with something that may or may not proc based on me having to cast stuff.  the recast on the spiritist hat is insane and far better than any proc.   theoretically the most efficient thing would be to have both and to hotkey switch to the spiritist to use, however, given the really fast recharge on the spiritist, i think i would go insane doing this.</p>

The spiritist's hat only seems to be dropping less because, well it is dropping less. It's because they added a whole bunch of stuff to his loot table and therefore he has a greater chance to NOT drop it. But it definitely still drops.
