Player name colors

Hi can someone explain the different colors players names mean? I see all sorts from pink to green and all sorts of variations.

Green names mean the person is in your group. Violet names mean the person is anonymous or roleplaying. Cyan names represent every player that isn't one of the above. Those are the only colors i can think of at the moment.
