I was in unrest a few weeks ago with my Paly (my assassin is only 49) and we had a raid equiped assassin in the group (btw... we did the whole zone in 3 hours, 28 mins.  Not sure what is normal or the record, but in the previous two trips in we were close to the 6 hour mark). The exit dps on him was around the 900 mark for the whole zone, however I saw him regularly hit 1500-2200, and at times hitting 3000. I would be very interested to find out what type of dps assassins are getting depending on how they are geared, treasured, legendary and fabled.

<p>Do you recall what weapons he had?</p><p>As far as gear goes the major DPS differences are in the weapons.  Other stats can be made up through potions and buffs so the quality of his armor and stuff isnt as big a deal, but you cant make [Removed for Content] weapons better unfortunately.  Another thing is the quality of your spells, having everything master 1 makes a big difference. </p><p>For instance with the weapons someone with Grinning Dirk of Horror is going to parse higher than someone without in most cases.  In my guild my buddy who is also an assassin has it and I dont and with equal buffs hes generally over me by 200-300dps which is almost completely due to gdoh.</p>

what was you group setup for those parses. group setup is really the key to good parsing imo.
