How did this troub pull this

Ok, I am in MMC... there is a room with a named in the center of the back wall... there are argo mobs of all sorts in the room including 3 right beside him... and the troub does not even enter the room and bow pulls the named without getting any other argo..how is that possible.... did they change it in EoF, that you do not have to body pulled, in order not to get other mobs argo'ing???
