Hi, I am looking for suggestions before I get too discouraged. I am a lvl 32 Conjuror playing in the Faydwer area. In fact I have never been out of EOF I dont believe.

I feel like I have hit a wall to some degree. What I have loved about this game compared to EQ1 so far is the fact that I am pretty much always working on a Quest but I feel like I have used up most of the quests my lvl in BB mountains and dont see any other zones my lvl around me. I still have a few uncompleted quests in Crushbone but even though most of the mobs are much lower lvl than me I am running into trouble because they are ALL Heroic and tend to hang out in large groups so they kill me. I still have one open quest in BB, "A repot of an Army" but I run into the same probelm with 2-3 bashers jumping me and killing my pet then me.

What I am hoping is someone can direct me to a new fun Zone where I can find lots of new Solo friendly lvl appropriate quests to keep working on.

Any suggestions welcomed, Thanks!!

At 32 you'd be just the right level for the solo quest lines in Zek or Enchanted Lands. You might also have fun getting access to the Splitpaw adventure pack, if you have that one, and doing some of the instances in there.

Try this link!

go down to the docks (butcherblock, i think western side, southern corner), and take a ship to the Thundering Steppes, or Nektulos Forest. Then zone to either the Enchanted Lands or Zek, The Orcish Waste. Quest away!!!!

At lvl 32 and assuming you still wish to stay in EoF zones then start making your way toward Steamfont. You are jut abt nearing the right lvls for that sone. 35 would be better but many of the mobs are single no arrorws and a lot of quest in Gnomeland Security.

Thanks guys, sounds like great advice. I think I will try Zek. That looks like fun. One question, will I still need to sell and bank and stuff in Kelithin? I have the ability that ports me there so its not a big deal but it sounds like it might take a long time to get to back to Zek being so many zones and a boatride away.

Thanks for the Solo quest line link by the way.

My main toon is based in Qeynos but often does writs and quests in EoF area. I have found I can do my banking, selling and mail in Kelethin just fine. I think you will also really enjoy Enchanted lands in addition to Zek, I personally find it more solo friendly and scenic. Also Steamfont is a lot of fun, with pleanty of neat quests. I also have a level 30 somthing Fae Conj and have enjoyed Steamfont a lot.

You will be able to sell on the docks in the Thundering Steppes. There is also a mender there; he happens to be a decent guy, and offers good money for your garbage. A quick word of advice: sell first, then mend. Mending eats up a lot of heavy copper coins. Banking, well, that's always a problem, any time you leave your city. You will be able to bank in Qeynos, not that it's very close to Zek or EL. Your best bet is to get the biggest bags you can afford, adventure away, and gate home at the end of your play session if your bags are full. Also, if you have an alt, you can mail stuff to them, if you don't mind the postage. One alternative that isn't too awful, bank-wise, is to take the spires in TS or Nek up to Barren Sky. There's a banker there who will deal with people from any city. Not exactly convenient, but certainly closer than Kelethin. BS itself is way above your level, but the zone in from the spires and the area up to the banker is non-agro, so you'd be safe doing that.

one perk of having the Fallen Dynasty pack is you can bank there. The bells are on Nek or TS docks.

Also, if carrying lots of heavy coin is a problem there's a trick with the mailbox that you can use to convert copper to silver (or gold).

Let's say you have 1000 copper on you and you can barely walk under the weight of all that. Find a mailbox, start a new mail, and click the 'add coin' button. BUT! Instead of adding 1000 copper, add 10 silver, which is what 1000 copper would convert to. (100 copper = 1 silver, 100 silver = 1 gold, 100 gold = 1 platinum.)

Now you have a mail with 10 silver attached ... cancel sending. The coin will be returned into your inventory, but in the form of 10 silver, not the original 1000 copper. Easy way of making change!

I did the same thing, leveled to 25ish and started checking out BBM. Got bored and done there pretty fast so I moved onto Enchanted lands. I find Enchanted lands and Zek awesome for exp and quests. At 34 alot in both zones was yellow and white to me, once I hit 35 some went dark blue. I do find Enchanted lands a tad easier to solo in simply due to the placement of agro mobs. After reading this post after I get bored in EL and Zek I think I will move to Steamfront. Thanks for the advice guys (even tho I am not the OP)

I do find the run to Zek or EL a tad of a pain in the butt , from what I am told tho thats life over 30 LOL. I am a wizzy so its easy for me to get around. From Zek,EL or anywhere basically I port to Ant and evac to the Nqey zone line. Run into Nqey and do my banking etc. To get back how ever I do need to do the ant grif to TS , run thru TS and head out from the docks. At first I was complaining about that run when a friend of mine ( level 70) told me thats life for most high level chars as kill zones tend to be far away from living zones. So I dont think it really matter where you live, travel is going to be part of the daily hunt once you move out side zones that are attached to the newbie zones.

Anyway I hope you are enjoying EL and Zek like I am

There is good news coming in the next LU for the OP too as there adding more quests to BBM, hopefully they will include a lead in to Gnomeland Security.
