Fae "Tinkerbell" Trait

I tried a Fae when EoF came out but deleted the character, but I remember my character at the time had an ability to change into a small ball of light with a slightly enhanced run speed. My current Fae does not have this, and I was wondering what quest (or level) I needed to complete to get this trait and what the trait's name was. Thanks!

<p>Silvani form.</p><p>It's a 3 quest series from a female character behind the main inn (the one with the treant inn merchant).</p><p>It turns you into that little light with wings, and gives +5% runspeed, reduced falling speed, and stifles and stuns you.  It dispels when you go into combat.</p>

im a level 37 Fae but im a Qeynos citizen... why wont the Fae trainer talk to me and give me the Salvani quest?

ive become a Citizen of Kelethin now and i still cant get the quest for this form... is it really possible to out level this ability?  isnt that sort of a lame punishment?  am i not still a Fae?  should i not be able to earn the rights of my heritage?

Arasai from neriak has the same thing...all you do is pickup a book in the library and you get the form.

ive gotten the one in Neriak library for my Arasai, but i cant find it in the Kelethin Library, is it maybe somewhere esle in Kelethin?

<cite>Boyfriend wrote:</cite><blockquote>ive gotten the one in Neriak library for my Arasai, but i cant find it in the Kelethin Library, is it maybe somewhere esle in Kelethin?</blockquote>No, only in Neriak is it the book.  Fae have to do the quest.You should be able to get it, you don't out level it as far as I know.  You may need to go back and speak with the NPC who sends you to her.  If I remember right, there's a certain series of quests and this is at the end of them.Try speaking to Lady Kantri Eloranta, I think she's on the first platform where the Kelethin lift ascends to.  She sends you to Lady Aileeta Reila for another series of quests if you do the quests in Kelethin as you level.I'm going by memory, it's been awhile since I've done the GF content.
