This has probably been asked before, but I was looking at two bows (Bazkul and Sarnak Warbow) and Bazkul has 93.23 rating, Sarnak has 100.88 rating, but Sarnak doesnt have a proc, and Bazkul does. So, I'm curious, does the Damage Rating incorporate the Proc damage into the rating or is it calculated just from the base damage/delay?

I guess I am wondering if Sarnak (without the proc) is a huge DPS upgrade from Bazkul (with a proc).

The Damage Rating does not take into account the procs but Sarnak is still a big upgrade. When you are dealing with a weapon that you have a large crit% in (the agi AA line from the KoS tree) it is not just the DR that impacts your damage output but the damage range of the weapon. Each crit will do either 130% damage or max damage +1, whichever is greater. Larger damage spread means a larger max damage so each crit% makes a larger impact. This is the main reason Assassins prefer the Grinning Dirk of Horror over other higher DR dual wields. Search the ranger forums, there is lots of information on bows there.
