Hey All, long time EQ player, long time WoW player, as well as many other MMOG's.

I just bought EQ2, started playing around and really got interested in the game. My playtime is fairly high, and right now I raid on WoW Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sun. I have 4 lvl 60's but only leveled my priest to lvl 70. Burning Crusade is fun, but stale. It's become a grind fest for reputation. I decided its time for something new.

So, is there a guild out there with that raid schedule? I'm not asking to join, but options to strive for are welcome. I played my priest since WoW was released, in EQ1 I played a druid. Now that I have come to EQ2 I rolled a Templar, healer seems to be a fun class for me. It may be time to start something new or it may be time to try a new healing class. I'm not really sure.

Tank?

DPS?

Healer?

I'm not sure if CC is in EQ2 like it was in EQ1 but that is not my cup o tea. My lvl 60s are: paladin, hunter(one's PVE server, one's PVP), and warrior. All in all I'd say priest is more fun, followed by hunter. Obviously my priest is 70.

So I guess my overall question is, does EQ2 need a healer? tank? dps? Does your guild need a dedicated player?

You can PM me on here, I'm not asking that you guild me, but let me know what your guild is looking for and I could go from there and apply at a later date. Personal info is I am on eastern raiding time(GA), 23, and in college at Kennesaw State University.

Thanks!

-Endurs

Sorry - double post.

I'm a casual raider, which means one week I might make only one raid, but for a month I might be on every night. I'm in college so I do like to go out and party with my friends. I'm not interested in mandatory attendance.

I have no idea how raiding on EQ2 works, but on WOW some guilds raid 6 nights a week and require you to be at 5+ per week or you get booted from the guild. /sigh

Thanks again

-Endurs

It seems to me that Mystics and Defilers are always in shortage. People are always recruiting them it seems. Could work for ya if you like playing healer types.

Yea, I received some PMs and from what I have read Defilers are a shortage. Researching them now =)
Also bards and coercers (though sounds like coercer might not be your cuppa tea). There's NEVER enough bards, every raiding guild recruitment post I look at seems to be after them.

Not going to lie.....bard sounds fun!

I'll have to try defiler and bard to atleast 20.

My guild doesn't have a raid attendance req. It's unusual to find a guild that raids everynight have such a policy. I appreciated it because I am not raiding all that much atm and don't want to get the boot. We have a lot of people with high played time is all I can say. We are a casual family-style guild but we hit a lot of the high end content. I don't know if we are recruiting but if you posed your case to a recruiter, I imagine we could always use another strong raider.

More player....LOTS more players....go tell all of your friends to come play EQ2 and start a toon on GUK server...the population on several servers has dropped considerably in the last several months and we need everyone we can get...
