Alt Characters not Showing

I have been waiting for a week and a half for my new character to show up on the Website.  I am already up to Level 15 for pete's sake and I can't even find him doing a search nor does he show up as an Alt to my primary character.  What Give's already?

<p>I'm going through the same thing.  I even switched guilds and swaped out an alt that was leader of the guild with another alt and the WHOLE guild isn't even listed anymore.  At least the guild is still in the game.  *Sigh*</p><p>My character profile hasn't updated in several days, I had cancelled it a while ago because I hadn't been using it, but I thought that the basic profile info was free???  I was actually thinking about signing up for it again, but since it doesnt' seem to be updating consistantly for anyone what's the point of paying for it???</p><p>Not sure if there will be any posts from a CSR or not but it'd really be nice to know what is going on with the site, but after several years of dealing with SOE customer service I know better than to hold my breath. </p>
