Unique Crash.. Please Help

When i start my launcher everything seems fine i put in my Un and Pw click on what character i would like to play then click Play Game. The crashing point occurs sometimes after that and when it gets the introduction loading and sometimes it crashes when its loading the character in the game with the loading bar on the screen.
