Freeportians unable to complete the quest: History of the Fae

<p>Last part of the quest, where i need to buy a kelethin cool at Joleena's Restaurant in Kelethin.</p><p>But the npcs there won't talk to me becoz I'm a freeportian.</p><p>Is it normal?</p><p>I was a qeynosian when i got the quest. The Fae NPC gave me the required item for that quest as part of her hail dialog, even though at the time, she would not buy/sell.

<p>I finally completed the quest.</p><p>Kelethin cool is an item u need to buy from the npc, and he wont talk to Freeportians.</p><p>The way to get around is: Get an good-aligned alt, buy Kelethin cool from npc, mail to your freeportian character.</p><p>When your freeportian character got the mail, and 'receive' the item, the quest will update (and complete).</p><p>Bye for now</p>
