I need a new robe...

So anyone know a good robe that goes well with the shape shifter hat from Vaults? The robe from the Nest just clashes.

<p>I dunno with the black silk doublet.. prolly a racial size thing, but my ratonga she-illusionist looks 'beefier' with that vest and those sharing style with it, and more shapely in robes. The one I prefer to wear with the vault hat is the codex robe, it bein grey'ish makes it fit decently with the grey and light purplish shades of the hat, and as ratonga I can even have hat on and look cute *grins*.</p>

Robes on Elves tend to make us look chunky where as items using other styling make her look slimmer. You should hear my guild tease me if they follow me while riding my carpet (another unflattering pose). I'll have to check out the codex robe though. I actually don't mind the hat look on Elves so much, it would be nice if some of my hair could be seen underneath. Still the hat isn't exactly what I envisioned for an Enchantress. Too me an Enchanter should be elegant and graceful. Though probably doesn't explain the ogre enchanters out there.

<p>Hi all, pardon the necro/wizzie instrusion. Just toying with the thought of creating an illusionist, so checking things out. Hehe.</p><p>My necro is a barbarian chic, and robes just look terrible on her, so I've made a point to try out as many vests as possible. Well, they all look bad! Every fabled robe, every fabled vest. Now that is a racial problem. If my necro had been a dark elf or a wood elf, the vests would look good. </p><p>And then finally, upon a night in Unrest, a decent vest drops. I cant justify wearing it over what I have, but it is still fairly good. This vest is actually form fitting, like a Gi on a female dark elf brawler. It doesnt drape and hang. Im at work, so I dont recall the exact name, but it's something to the effect of Bloodstained something or other. They appear to sell for about 50g on the broker. I cant attest to how they'll look on other races, but if it looks good on my barbarian, it will prolly look good on others.</p>
