I think we're all pretty much well aware that there are many issues with the current EQ2Players advanced features.

Personally, my frustration lies with the fact that although SOE has been great about acknowledging and apologizing for the issues (many thanks to Jabru), we have gotten no idea when we can expect to see any of these issues addressed.

Many of these issues have been going on for 3+ months now (longer for some players, I see). While I don't mind continuing to pay for the extra features if I know they'll be taken care of within XX number of days, I'm beginning to lose my patience with the extra three bucks a month I'm spending for nothing more than "it'll be fixed soon."

Is it at all possible to get an idea, a general estimated date, or even a rough estimate, of when we can expect to see these issues addressed and fixed?

Many thanks - I'll quit ranting now.

I agree. We really would like you to give an estimate. If you aren't able to give it, then I should ask your management for more help and give a professional answer

There is a law about advertising a product and not selling it in the form of which you advertise it in the UK - not sure about the states but this is ridiculous, 'come buy our broken package' works sometimes, more often than not, but sometimes you get a bargain, other times, it boosts our income thats what they should advertise eq2players as

I think the correct term is "Don't hold your breath"?

Yeah, similiar law in the states as well - called "FALSE ADVERTISING" - I think just the description of the character profiles that refers to them as "automatically updating" would qualify as false advertising. Auto update sure makes me think it happens automatically and not every now and then if we feel like making it work. Have to say I think it's time for me to consider cancelling this as well. I've hung in there in the hopes that it will get fixed soon since I used to use the site on a daily basis, but now it has become a daily source of frustration and stress when I come here to find that it's the same mess and nothing works properly!
