<p>hi</p><p>who do i talk to about returning my money for eq2 ?</p><p>i already did pay for the game and i seen that</p><p>globalcollect withdraw another time from my bank acc .</p><p>i payed way more via digital download already .</p><p>i not gonna let them get away with this. again....</p><p>where is the costumer support ?</p><p>i live in EU</p>

<p>so i cancelleld my account of Eq2 and after this global collect withdraw a 3 moths subscibtion and player access.</p><p>this aint right. so i request you guys pay me back my money.</p>

Upper right hand corner of the forum 1. Search the Knowledge Base 2. chat Support Monday to Friday 10 AM Pacific to 7 PM Pacific, adjust the open and close time to fit what ever time zone you are in
