Mutiple guilds are having more zoning problems than normal. Here are some choice quotes
"Yes, I do now even after a fresh rebuild and install of everything. Cllient crashes with a error in the middle of killing something. Also, on zone into Clockwork, or Freethinkers Hideout half the raid goes LD. Those two zones are notoriously bad on top of all the lag in the other zones. "
"well, last night my guild tried to get into MMIS and it said zone was unavailable, then we went to FTH and the same thing happened.. I dont know if that is what your talking about, but if so, they really need to fix this."
"Same thing happened to our guild tonight, we couldn't zone into lyceum or AOAx4. We ended up canceling our raids for tonight."
"Yup! Zones were unavailable for us also. We just waited a few minutes and tried again though. It eventually worked. "
"When people revive in FTH about 25% of the time they freeze on zoning back in. Its [I cannot control my vocabulary]. On a whipe litterally a quarter of the raid goes LD and has to come back. Mabye its just a way to make the zone take longer, like mobs with [I cannot control my vocabulary] number of hit points. Time Sinks FTW!"
"This happens on Nagafen, as well. We get the "This zone is unavailable." We also have the revive crashing."
"was gonna do lyceum last night. But the raid crashed 3 times when trying to zone in. So then i dropped the raid, zoned in by myself. Crashed. Logged back in, and was in lyceum. Hooray! right? wrong?
I reinvited the rest of the raid who was waiting outside in TT. reformed all the groups, and then they zoned in sucessfully, but for some reason didnt bring them into the same version i was in."
"This was happening wednesday on Butcherblock... Crab and cheldrak both timed out when raid tried to zone in. We had to zone people in a few at a time as the rest of the raid was out of zone in range. very annoying."
This is getting [People should be able to handle words that people use in everyday speech instead of being offended by everything they read on the internet] we shouldn't have to revive one group at a time or resort to work arounds to get this game to work.

# 11

Oh and its Hamster not Hampster. Hampster is something you throw dirty clothes in.

Hamster is a rodent.

lol where have u been this has been going on forever. Good old zone crash, or the 2 min zone in, or the grpies droppn like flies in ld formations. lol suprisingly u dont have many ld's in vangaurd but the game does boot u somtimes. Of course I leave that to hardware screwing up with the game. I read somewhere that the main goal the developers are consentrateing on right now is the visuals of the game, what u can see. Well if thats the excuse for not being able to fully consentrate on game mechanics than I expect it to be done. You cant see jack if u crash in a zone, or once u even make it in a zone non of the mobs appear or are even target able until u stand there for a min. Not even the npc's in cities appear. I have to stand there 2 min waiting for the broker and the surrounding players to spawn. And it aint hardware because my graghics card and processor eat this game alive to the point I can play on max graphics. with 2 gigs of ram.

That's when I first encountered it. There is a topic about it in the Zones and Population forum.

Has someone been waving the idiot wand around? Having said that.. with regards to the item you throw dirty clothes in... I think you mean "hamper"

Third graders around the world hang their heads in shame over knowing how to spell. By the way, you're still trying to defend the position that ignerance = kewl.

Let's try being a little more civil in the future.

Problems with the login servers and zone crashes are better suited for the Technical Help and Questions board. If you are having technical difficulties please post there, as your problems will be addressed much quicker than posting in the Gameplay Discussion board.

Thanks.
